Terms of Trade

These terms govern all transactions between Tanzania Northern Treasure Limited (TNT Gemstones), a company incorporated in Tanzania (Reg No: 191572203), and any buyer who places an order through our website, email or WhatsApp.

All orders begin with a formal inquiry through our contact form or directly via WhatsApp or email.

Orders are confirmed only when:

• Stock has been verified available
• Photos and/or video of the exact stones have been shared with the buyer
• The buyer has confirmed acceptance of the stones
• A 50% deposit has been received and cleared

TNT Gemstones reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

Payment methods accepted:

• Wise Transfer (preferred)
• Zelle (US buyers)

Payment structure:

• 50% deposit required before shipment is prepared
• 50% balance due before dispatch or upon delivery depending on buyer agreement

All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

TNT Gemstones will not ship any order until the deposit payment has been confirmed and cleared.

All prices are quoted in USD. Prices are valid for 48 hours from the time of quotation.

TNT Gemstones reserves the right to adjust pricing based on:

• Market fluctuations
• Currency changes
• Stock availability changes

Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

TNT Gemstones ships worldwide via:

• DHL (primary carrier)
• Qatar Airways Cargo (air freight)
• Other licensed carriers as required

Shipping costs:

• Large orders: shipping cost covered by TNT Gemstones
• Small orders: shipping cost covered by the buyer
• The definition of large vs small is agreed at the time of order

All shipments include:

• Full export documentation
• BRELA certified export paperwork
• Tracking number provided upon dispatch

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. TNT Gemstones is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather or carrier issues.

The buyer is solely responsible for:

• All import duties in their country
• Customs clearance fees
• Any taxes applicable on import
• Compliance with their local import regulations

TNT Gemstones will provide all necessary export documentation to assist with customs clearance.

Ownership of goods passes to the buyer upon full payment.

Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
