How We Ship
TNT Gemstones ships certified rough gemstones worldwide from our base in Arusha, Tanzania.
Our primary carriers:
- DHL Express — worldwide delivery
- Qatar Airways Cargo — air freight for larger consignments
- Other licensed freight agencies as required by destination
All stones are professionally packed to protect them during transit. Every shipment includes full export documentation.

Where We Ship
We ship to all countries worldwide subject to:
- No trade sanctions between Tanzania and the destination country
- The buyer accepting responsibility for local import regulations
- Successful completion of export documentation

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by:
- Weight and volume of the shipment
- Destination country
- Carrier selected
Large Orders
TNT Gemstones covers the shipping cost for large consignments. What constitutes a large order is agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Small Orders
Shipping cost is paid by the buyer and added to the final invoice. The exact cost is confirmed before dispatch.
All shipping costs are quoted in USD.

Dispatch Timeline
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of:
- Full deposit payment confirmed
- All export documentation completed
- Stones professionally packed and inspected
You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Times

These are estimates only. TNT Gemstones is not responsible for delays caused by customs, public holidays or carrier disruptions.

Tracking
Every shipment is fully tracked. Your tracking number is sent to you via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Packaging
All gemstones are packed in:
- Individual protective wrapping per stone or batch
- Secure inner boxes with padding
- Outer shipping box with discreet labelling
Fragile and specimen grade stones receive additional protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your stones arrive damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment
- Send photos of the damage and packaging via WhatsApp
- We will assess and send replacement stones of equal or greater value
TNT Gemstones takes full responsibility for ensuring your stones arrive safely. We do not offer cash refunds but will always make it right with replacement stock.

Export Documentation
Every shipment from TNT Gemstones includes:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of origin
- BRELA export certification
- Any additional documentation required by the destination country
We have experience shipping to buyers in Germany, USA, Australia, UK, Thailand and India. We understand the documentation requirements for these markets.
